Before you start

For the scanner to recognise the items, the screenshot has to follow a few rules. Read them before uploading.

  Phone screenshots don't work

  Use Tibia's own screenshot tool on desktop. Photos of your screen, phone screenshots and video captures always fail.

  Don't crop or resize the image

  Cropping changes the dimensions and shifts the sprite coordinates. Even a small crop breaks recognition. Upload the original file, unedited.

  Only items with an NPC price are counted (without a server)

  Items that are only worth something on the market are left out of the total. Sort the stash by "Total sell to value (highest → lowest)" so the most valuable items come first. If you enter your server, we compare against the market too.

  Identical sprites can be confused

  Some items share exactly the same sprite and the scanner may pick the wrong name.

How to take the screenshot

1. Sort the stash by "Total sell to value (highest → lowest)"

   That sort uses NPC prices, which are the only ones the calculator takes directly. If you sort by market, items with no NPC buyer end up at the top and nothing lines up.

2. Use Tibia's screenshot tool

   Don't use Print Screen / Win+Shift+S / Cmd+Shift+4 — those can produce compressed or resized images. The file has to come straight from Tibia's screenshots folder. How to set it up.
